BastionGuard Trademark Policy
Code License
The BastionGuard source code is released under the GNU General Public License version 3 (GPLv3).
This applies only to the software source code.
Excluded from GPLv3
The following are NOT licensed under the GPLv3:
- The BastionGuard™ name
- Logos, icons, and visual identity
- Branding, slogans, and marketing materials
- Any use implying official affiliation or endorsement
These elements are protected as trademarks and/or proprietary assets.
Forks and Redistributions
You may fork and redistribute the software under the GPLv3 provided that:
- The GPLv3 terms are fully respected
- Modifications are clearly stated
- The BastionGuard™ name is not used in a misleading way
Redistributions must not present themselves as official releases without explicit authorization.
No Endorsement
Use of the BastionGuard source code does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

The software is provided "as is", without any warranty.
