## Code License

The BastionGuard source code is released under the
GNU General Public License version 3 (GPLv3).

This applies only to the software source code.

## Excluded from GPLv3

The following are NOT licensed under the GPLv3:

- The BastionGuard™ name
- Logos, icons, and visual identity
- Branding, slogans, and marketing materials
- Any use implying official affiliation or endorsement

These elements are protected as trademarks and/or proprietary assets.

## Forks and Redistributions

You may fork and redistribute the software under the GPLv3 provided that:

- The GPLv3 terms are fully respected
- Modifications are clearly stated
- The BastionGuard™ name is not used in a misleading way

Redistributions must not present themselves as official releases
without explicit authorization.

## No Endorsement

Use of the BastionGuard source code does not imply endorsement,
sponsorship, or affiliation.

## Warranty Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is", without any warranty.
